How long can I rent a tent?

Our rentals are based on one night/24 hour periods as stated, and can be extended for as many days as you require

When do I pay for my booking?

A 20% is required on booking with the balance payable the week before your booking commences

What if it's too windy?

Our tents can be used in winds up to 40Kmh. If we are unable to pitch your tent we will offer you alternative dates

What time does my booking end?

Our bookings end at 12pm but we can offer late check-out where available until 2pm

What if I need to change my booking? 

You can change your booking dates once before incurring a rebooking fee of 10% of the booking value

How far will we deliver?

We can cater for any bookings within 40 miles of our base in Lincoln.

Delivery over 10 miles from LN4 will incur a delivery and collection fee of 50p per mile.

What if I damage the tent?

We understand that camping trips can be a bit wet/muddy. We ask that you respect our equipment and in return we only charge on wanton damage

What time does my booking start?

Our bookings start after 12pm but we can offer early check-in from 10am

Can I decorate the tent?

Certainly, we just ask that you don't use any fixings that damage the tent and that you remove everything by the end of your booking

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

We require a security deposit of at least £50 per booking. This is due before the rental and to cover any damage or cleaning fees.

How many tents can I book?

We can cater for most events and can offer package deals

Can my pet stay with me? 

We do allow pets in our tents, for an additional fee.

Please be aware that any chewing, clawing or urinating on the tent will be charged for.

What if it's raining?

We are all at the mercy of the Great British weather, all our tents are waterproof but inevitably water may get in if it's heavy and persistent. We are not responsible for the weather but we will offer alternative dates in line with our T&C's. Call us for more information

What if something goes wrong during my stay?

If you have any issues during your stay or using our equipment please get in touch with us straight away, if we aren't aware of the problem we can't fix it
